Day 1, 20 Nov 2018
Today, I want to share about our latest trip to Bali Indonesia on 20-24 Nov 2018.
I bought the ticket a week before. Airasia flight & cost around RM400 per pax. There were supposed to be 5 of us but my daughter was on exam week. So 4 of us go.
Morning 20 Nov 2018, we took a flight from KLIA2 to Denpasar. Thank you AirAsia for flying us to Denpasar. Our Flight is on schedule which was from KLIA2 at 10:30am & arriving Bali at 1:30pm.
This was my second time in Bali. I love the decorations at Bali Airport. After passing the immigration, the driver that I have book meet us at the arrival Hall. Why I book the driver? Because I came with family & I don't want to waste time bargain for a cab to our Villa which I have booked through AirBnb.
We asked the driver to look for a restaurant before we headed to the Villa. For muslim, nowadays in Bali there are a lot of Halal Restaurant. This time I want to try Bebek Tepi Sawah. Ayam Betutu & Bebek Goreng. It was a bit expensive but worth trying.
After lunch we headed to the Panacea Villa booked via AirBnb with no jammed. Thanks to Allah. Then we just spend the time swimming in the pool. The house helper Mia, help us to get around with the house and leave us to enjoy the house. The Villa is beautiful & I love it so much. A 3 bedroom villa which cost around 1.2million Rupiah RM330. Worth your money. We also rented 2 scooters for us to move around the city.
At night we went out to look for food with our scooters. We just buy the food from the k-mart shop like 11-17 the we heat the food using microwave. We enjoy the villa & the pool.
Day 2 - 21 Nov 2018
We move around Seminyak to look for breakfast. We had a good breakfast at one of the warong in Seminyak. We took nasi campur & it tastes really good.
After breakfast, we headed to Kuta Beach. My children wants to learn how to surf.. haha it's not easy at all.
They enjoyed their surfing school. The cost for this surfing school is 200,000.00 rupiah per pax. RM60 if converted to RM.
After surfing class, we went back to the villa to check out.
Then we checked in the Grand Barong Hotel in Poppies Lane 2. Then the drama begins... you know what? the room we got just closed to the pool bar with a drunk man.. OMG, we cannot stand the loud music & the people arguing when they were drunk.
We went out & met with a group of Hindus people performing their prayer maybe.And we enjoyed the walk at Kuta Beach.
Day 3, 22 Nov 2018
We took a grab to Tanjong Benoa Watersport. My son wanted to do parasailing.Due to wind direction they only can do double parasailing and they did it. They were happy with the double parasailing. The cost for 2 pax was 600k RP. If you know how to speak indonesian maybe u can get better price. The day we went was not as busy as usual. Don't have to que for a ride. They offer a few waterspot activities like banana boat, doughnut etc.
Afer Tanjong Benoa we move to Ubud. Along the way to Ubud, there were too many furniture centre.
At Ubud, we visited the paddy terrace but we didn't go down. Just taking photos from the top.
After Ubud, we plan to drop by at Tegunungan Waterfall. We enjoyed taking photos and looking at the people enjoying their bath at the waterfall.
Then we headed to Jimbaran for Sunset Dinner. We were brought to halal restaurant which didn't served pork but served liquor.
We had a good seafood dinner & headed back to Hotel.
Day 4, 23 Nov 2018
We spent day for enjoying the town, the massage, the hair spa & manicure pedicure & lots of Bali food.
I went to Kimberly massage & I think it was okay & good deal for your money.
We went to buy some sourveniers from Krishna Stores.
Then we headed to airport to catch our flight at 6pm.
